Where real work meets real decisions

I’ve worked with the best—and I’ve seen what happens when things quietly start to go wrong. Most organizations can feel it, but can’t quite name it. Symptoms get treated. Narratives get polished. Real causes stay buried.

I help organizations tell the difference.

I’ve been inside plants, labs, and leadership rooms—helping teams stabilize product lines, develop and launch new products, untangle manufacturing systems, simplify overgrown formulations, bring cost back under control, install ISO and Quality Management Systems, and translate technical reality into investor-ready stories.

But I’m not a consultant who builds a slide deck and disappears.

I work where the truth lives—on plant floors, in labs, and inside the data itself. Because that’s where decisions either get better… or quietly compound into bigger problems.

Technical rigor. Real data. No theater.

Background

I help organizations see clearly - and act decisively

I’m a Ph.D. chemist, an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and an independent consultant working at the intersection of materials science, manufacturing, quality systems, and organizational decision-making. My work focuses on adhesive tapes, labels, medical and regulated products, and the complex systems that support them.

What clients experience is clarity. What sits underneath is rigor and experience.
